First project
The Alpine Collection adventure began in 1997 with the construction of six large chalets in Courchevel La Tania… Who was behind these early stages? Patrick REMME, a Dutch entrepreneur who has loved the mountains since childhood and enjoys a challenge, who, aged 29, having studied architecture, made his debut in high-end real estate development in the French Alps and created the brand Alpine Lodges.

New destinations
Following a first delivery of exceptional chalets in 1999, in 2000 the portfolio of Alpine Collection destinations expanded. New construction in the resorts of Tignes, Courchevel, Les Gets, Morzine and the valley of Chamonix were completed in the coming years and the number of owners continuously increased

Alpine Interiors
With a view to offering an additional service to owners and combining Patrick’s talents as an architect with interior design, a second parallel brand was developed: Alpine Interiors. Heading up this new offering, Margriet KAHLE, brought a new service to real estate development; enabling owners to furnish, equip and decorate their interiors on a bespoke basis.

Alpine Residences
In 2012, faced with the demand on the part of owners to find the best rental management partner, a third parallel brand was born in the holiday rentals sector: Alpine Residences. This new entity was developed by Morgan BIENTZ who was motivated by this fresh challenge of offering accommodation in apartments and suites benefiting from high-end hotel services on hand.

Alpine Restaurants
In 2017, Alpine Collection developed again to offer an improved quality holiday to tenants and owners, as well as an additional offering in ski resorts and created the brand Alpine Restaurants. The first restaurant in Courchevel was completed with semi-gastronomic cuisine, the Bistrot Le C. In 2018, Morgan BIENTZ joined the Board of Directors of the Group as General Manager of Alpine Collection.

5* Hotel
In 2019, Alpine Collection wrote a new page in its story with its entry into deluxe hotels with the opening of its first 5 hotel in Courchevel, the Manali Lodge. Two restaurants, a ski-room/ski-shop and all of the services of a 5 hotel supplemented the offering of this hotel at the foot of the slopes.
